Refund & Return Policy – Next Computers
We at Next Computers strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase/delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/bill).
Only products that are defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect will be eligible for replacement or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Software, license keys, and digital products.
Items that have been physically damaged by the customer.
Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed once the returned product is inspected and approved.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Service-Related Refunds
For computer repair or installation services, refunds are not applicable once the service has been provided. If there is an issue, we will provide a free follow-up service to resolve the problem.
