Refund & Return Policy – Next Computers

We at Next Computers strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase/delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/bill).

  • Only products that are defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect will be eligible for replacement or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Software, license keys, and digital products.

  • Items that have been physically damaged by the customer.

  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned product is inspected and approved.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Service-Related Refunds

For computer repair or installation services, refunds are not applicable once the service has been provided. If there is an issue, we will provide a free follow-up service to resolve the problem.
